Pearl Aday, 36, is the daughter of Leslie Aday. Pearl’s biological father is Full Tilt Boogie, who was the drummer for the late Janis Joplin. The singer Meat Loaf, whose real name is Michael Lee Aday, married Pearl’s mother Leslie, and legally adopted Pearl. Her parent’s had another daughter, Amanda Aday, who is a popular television actress.
Pearl Aday, toured with her father’s band, for nine years, the name of the band was, Neverland Express. For a time, Pearl was a backup singer for the band Motley Crue. Now she is the lead singer of her band, Pearl, and records under the Sony label. Pearl is married to Scott Ian Rosenfeld, who only uses his first and middle name, Scott Ian, as a stage name. Ian is a guitarist for the heavy metal band, Anthrax. Scott and Pearl welcomed their first child, Revel Young Ian, a daughter born on June 19, 2011. The child is now 3 months old, and Pearl has expressed a desire, to take a short break from touring to be a full time mother, to her daughter. She has also said she is taking this time to become acquainted with Judaism, the religion of her husband, Scott.
