Pearl Aday is an American singer and the daughter of Meat Loaf. She was born in 1975 and was adopted by Meatloaf when he married her mother, Leslie Aday, in 1979. Mrs. Aday expressed interest in music very early in life and began her music career by singing backing vocals on some of her father’s albums. She once attended Emerson College and majored in creative writing. She left the school shortly after she attended because she wanted to totally focus on her music career. Even though she grew up in a famous family and did backing vocals for her father, she longed to establish her own career. Ms. Aday released her debut album “Little Immaculate White Fox” in 2010. The album features a cover of the Tina Turner classic “Nutbush Limits” as well as several songs that were written by Aday herself.

When Aday is not busy touring or performing she is home spending time with her family. She is married to Scott Ian, who is a guitarist in the band Anthrax. The couple’s first child , a boy named Revel Young Ian, was born on June 19, 2011. Pearl also has a sister named Amanda Aday, who is an actress.
